How do I complete my online registration with credit card?
JPPCLE utilizes PayPal as its card processor. To complete your online registration with card, select "PayPal" option and then the appropriate card company icon. This will direct you to the payment portal where you can complete your payment.
I am no longer able to attend the seminar. Does JPPCLE offer refunds?
JPPCLE does not offer refunds for cancellations as the recorded sessions and course materials will be available online after the live sessions.
Does JPPCLE accept scholarship applications?
Full and partial scholarships are available to judges, judicial law clerks, full-time law professors, law students, attorneys employed by government agencies, unemployed attorneys, and attorneys with demonstrated financial hardship.
Requests for scholarships are considered on a case-by-case basis, and availability is subject to space limitations. To apply for a scholarship, please submit a completed registration form with a written request for financial relief that explains your current employment status and any financial hardship to JPPCLE Executive Office at 229 Seventh Street, Suite 202, Garden City, NY 11530 or admin@jppcle.org.
Students must include a photocopy of their validated student identification card.
Where can I find the seminar materials?
Materials will be available on the Written Materials portal under the 2023 Seminar portal. Instructions on how to access the portal will be e-mailed to all attendees prior to the seminar.
How do I obtain CLE Credits for the Annual Seminar?
For New York CLE Credits, attendees must sign-in for the seminar as well as submit a completed course evaluation form at the end of the program. Certificates of Attendance for New York will be distributed via e-mail after the program.
For Delaware CLE Credits, attendees must sign-in and sign-out of the seminar. Certificates of Attendance for Delaware will be distributed when attendees sign-out at the end of the program.
For Pennsylvania CLE Credits, attendees must sign-in and sign-out of the seminar, as well as submit a completed course evaluation form at the end of the program. Certificates of Attendance for Pennsylvania will be distributed when attendees sign-out at the end of the program.
For reciprocal Connecticut and New Jersey CLE Credits, attendees must follow the instructions for the New York CLE Credits.
